Welcome to the Cruse Cleaning Ltd Internet Site ("Site") on the World Wide Web. Please review these Site Terms of Use, which govern your use and purchase of products from our Site. By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms then please do not use this Site.
Cruse Cleaning Ltd controls and operates this Site from its offices within the United Kingdom. The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to, including the use of, this Site and the materials contained herein. If you choose to access this Site from another location, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
DELIVERY
Delivery available to Bath & N.E. Somt, Bristol, Mendip, S.Glos & W.Wilts areas. Delivery charge for orders under £50.00 (exc VAT) - £6.95 + VAT.
We aim to deliver all goods within 2-5 days. If for any reason we are unable to meet this time, Cruse Cleaning Ltd agrees to inform the customer and arrange another date for delivery.
DAMAGES/SHORTAGES
Damages and shortages must be notified to the Company within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your products without giving a reason providing the goods are unused and in a resaleable condition. You would however be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Refund will be made to you within 10 days of the goods being received by us.
This is in line with the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Further information on this can be found on the Department of Trade and Industry website.
ABOUT OUR PRICES/AVAILABILITY
The prices advertised on this Site are for orders placed through our Site facility and exclude VAT. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. Cruse Cleaning Ltd reserves the right to supply a substitute product where necessary without notification.
